Features:

1.Choose the thimble you need to pull,plug in the rotation lever,tighten the screws (Note:There are thimbles with platform, screws should not too tight);
2.Install the gear lever into rotation bracket and fitted swim boards;
3.Snapping the motor into the swimming board, and move to pull the motor shaft aligned thimble;
4.Rotates active lever as clockwise, pull out the motor gear.


How to use the Motor Pinion Gear Puller Remover: 
       1) Please select the needle according to the size of the shaft diameter of the motor. Do not use a motor with a small needle to pass the large shaft diameter to pull the tooth. Otherwise, the thimble will be broken. The rubberized gear should be heated first to melt the glue. Then extract the teeth!!
 
       2). Select the thimble thimble you need, insert the sprocket rotation lever, and tighten the screw (note: the ejector pin of the platform, the screw should not be too tight).
 
       3). Insert the toothed rod rotating rod into the gear holder bracket.
 
       4). Install the gear puller.
 
       5). Insert the motor into the pulsator traversing plate and move it to the motor shaft to align the ejector pin.
 
       6). Rotate the lever action lever at a constant speed in the clockwise direction and pull out the motor gear.
 
       7) It is possible to extract gears with a maximum outer diameter of 11 mm and a tooth height of 12 mm.
